Tiba-tiba rasa macam mau masak selepas terencouraged dgn recipe yang diberi Khairul and most of all the last two entries on cooking by Atif. I don't know what to masak because I never masak. I looked for my mom's recipe books. Ada banyak! And I found this very interesting one

Lihat tu, PROFESSIONAL baking tau!

I love to eat muffins so I decided to bake some chocolate chip muffins myself. I asked my maid to help me to get the bahan dan radas and also the definisi secara operasi.

So kids, let's see what do we need to bake mouthful muffins.

1200 g Pastry flour - check!
360 g Sugar - check!
72 g Baking powder - check!
15 g Salt - check!
240 g Eggs (beaten) - check!
950 g Milk - check!
360 g Shortening (melted) - check!
And finally 100 g chocolate chips - ALAMAK!!

Chocolate chips tidak dijumpai. Kakak, the maid and I searched the whole kitchen for chocolate chips but to no avail. Habislah. But with the determination I had in me, I quickly rushed to the local tesco.

I wander around in the hypermart where you can find almost everything under one roof! Fortunately for me, I found what I went there for, the CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!! But which one should I buy?

I stopped for a while to think. Think. Think. Think, think, think! Voila! I made my way to the Kek & Roti section and guess what I found?

Mission accomplished!
